Fitting X308 XJR exhaust system on x308 xj8 (NA 4.0)

Fitting X308 XJR exhaust system on x308 xj8 (NA 4.0)
Dear Jaguarforum members,
I would greatly appreciate your wisdom and knowledge in regards to exhaust systems on x308 NA 4.0 XJ8 (my car).
My car's exhaust requires a fix and wondered if I could fit a xjr system on my n.a engine xj8.
I am also thinking about switching my car's suspension with those from the xjr.
Would they be compatible? Are there any issues I should be aware of in case of such mods?
