Welcome to this friendly Forum.
I've moved your post to the 'New Members' section, I see you've already found the right Regional section.
Thanks for the offer. There are quite a few bilangues here including one (amazingly called 'Translator') who is a professional.
Anything to help increase our Québécois membership is very helpful.
As you know technical car French can be difficult, particularly as there's so much slang incorporated.
The Forum language is solid English of course.
Do you have a Jaguar? If so please add the details to your post.
Once the introductions are over it would make perfect sense for you to repeat your post in the Canada section.

Bienvenue garageraby,
A very kind and generous offer of assistance.
Do you have a Jaguar, considering purchase or just an interest in the marque? Whichever it is, you can be assured of a friendly reception in all the sections.
I look forward to learning some technical car French slang from you and Steve!
Enjoy the forum.
Graham

Graham,
If there's one weakness in the beautiful French language it is its inability to lay down a really satisfying stream of invective at a rusted bolt. If done correctly in Anglo Saxon (and, of course in Geordie for preference) it should loosen anything up to M10, so I can't teach you anything useful in that line.
Maybe Garageraby has a better supply!
