Gday...
Well after nearly 30 years of waiting my time has come. I 've just got hold of a two owner 1970 Daimler Sovereign.
Great condition, although I am working my way through a few small issues typical of those with a car that has been sitting around.

Welcome pugaree, what part of Australia are you from. I'm on the outskirts of Sydney at Castlereagh.
The first Jag/Daimler I ever had the pleasure to drive was a 1970 Daimler Soverign. My boss and his partner bought one each ( both white} and on numerous occasions I was able to drive them even at times in an enthusiastic manner. A memory I will never forget. At the time they were probably the nicest car on the road to drive.
Hope to see you around.

I'm in Canberra. They are still nice to drive, in fact it is difficult to believe it is a 40 year old car, everyone who gets in comments on the ride.
Will you be down this way for the Nationals at Easter?
