Hi I am Claire Reyna proud owner of a 2000 s type 4.0 Jag. I love the car and have the miles on her to prove it. I live in Austin Teas and played mechanic for a short while but my pops, Greg is my go to mechanic buddy. For years he and I have tinkered with cars ( alfa romero, fiat etc) but Jag is a new and confusing one to say the least. After 10 years of ZERO issues aside from a few coils and the regular maintance my kitty stopped purring and while looking for insight I stumbled upon this website. I must say this is a great forum and I have recieved multiple wonderful responses in my time of need. I hope everyone here is as stoked as I am. As far as my car goes everything is stock with the eception to my paint job, one day I woke up and decided I didnt like the white and wanted to "murder" it out so its all black...everything everywhere but the rims. I hope I can provide some insight to others while a member here and would love to get together with other proud jag enthusiast so anytime your in Austin let me know!
