Greetings all... well not sure how this story is going to evolve but I’m hoping well. Just bought a 2005 super v8 this morning with 129000km on the odometer. Car looks very good body wise for its age and drove well on a brief test drive. Very clean all around and had an inspection report from a few month ago from a local Jaguar dealership that shows no issues. Retired older gentleman was selling is. The price was just too good to pass up and there were other buyers literally lining up to look at the car when I got back from the test drive.... so I bought it without taking it for an inspection. Thinking I will likely look for a reliable independent Jaguar specialist or take it to the dealership in the coming week and get it looked at. Fingers crossed...
