Hello All!
I'm very happy to have found this forum, and the very useful information and contacts it provides!
I am today a first time Jaguar owner, although I have loved and admired the many beautiful models through the years.
I have just purchased a 2004 "Gently used" X-Type, and can't wait to hit the road with it.
I have read many good and bad reviews about the car, and decided to make the plunge regardless. I most certainly hope I won't regret it, because I just love the car, and Jaguar in general, so I guess what I'm saying is that I hope my first experience does not sour me down the road.
I look forward to useful hints, advise, and other information that you all share on this site to help make my new ownership a great experience! Cheers!

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can read good and bad reviews about ANY car! That's because there are good and bad points on any car. So if ya like it, Drive it! If you have trouble with it, post in the X-type section where Graham has directed you and someone (probably Many someones) will tell you how to fix it.

That's what this place is all about.
