Hello everybody,
I've just joined this forum this morning having been recommended by a guy on Facebook.
I live in the North West of England, I own an F-Type V6 S Convertible. Black.
Not had it for long, but I enjoy the experience every time I take it out, which is a lot!
I bought it without knowing an awful lot about them, but I am getting there now.
I'm here primarily for help, I had all the door speakers upgraded recently, and had some subwoofer speakers installed into the speaker panels behind the seats that were not there when the car was new.
My issue is the interface on the dashboard, it doesn't have the subwoofer volume control or the fade from back to front, I am told that having the SDD install some modules, but I have tried that with a local guy that came round with his laptop. It didn't work. I don't think he really knew what he was doing.
The guy on Facebook tells me there are a few of you that know what you're talking about. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
The last person you want anywhere near your Jaguar is someone with a laptop who doesn't know EXACTLY what they are doing programming modules. It's the easiest way to brick the car!
Look out for posts by Cambo. Cameron has done a lot of SDD update configurations on current models.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
