Hello all!
Hi guys,
i am in process of looking at a 2010 jaguar XFR 5.0 SC.
Currently I own a 2.5l focus st, so I understand the implications of having a car like this.
I just wanted to know if anyone has any pointers in looking for one of these, anything to look out for etc.
Thanks

Welcome to the forums Ryan,
Provenance is everything with a used Jaguar. A complete service history ideally supported with a file full of receipts. All recent models are serviced on a Mileage OR Time basis so the maximum interval between services is 12 months. When assessing a potential purchase, spend time with the Owner's Handbook going through every switch and setting because seemingly minor electrical faults can often be very expensive to rectify. The most asked question on the forums by new owners of used Jaguars is "where do I get a spare remote/key?". Make sure there's two and they both work because replacements run into three figures.
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xf-xfr-x250-44/ to the X260 forum for help, advice and information.
Enjoy the forums and I hope the XFR checks out.
