Default Hello all

Hi Guys and Gals, I have been here for a while and just realised i have never introduced myself, so here goes.

I am Graeme from Glasgow.

I had a Jaguar XF250T Sportbrake until last November, enjoyed the car, couldn't think at the time what to replace it with, I didn't bother.

My wife has an XE R Sport, she loves it and can I say, I do to, it is so precise and solid on the road, more so than the XF.

I didn't bother until now, I am buying my friends XJS 5.3 V12 from him, its a 1983 in green metallic.

I will post pictures when I take possession of the car

I will collect it in late Feb early March once we know when and where we can travel to here in Scotland, but I suppose where there is a will, there will always be a way...cough cough!

I will have lots of questions to ask about the XJS and I will post lots of pics, I do love pictures, they do help with a story.

Cheers.

Gee.

A very belated "welcome" to the forums Gee,

You seem to be locked down north of the border even tighter than we are - the collection could be delayed!

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xjs-x27-32/ to the XJS forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Thank you for the welcome, I am in the JEC here in Scotland.

Buying the car from a member, no meet ups at the moment, all should get better soon.

Gee.
