Default Hello to all fellow art lovers

I have heard it mentioned on this site that the ownership of these cats is an emotional decision. I totally agree. I have only owned my 2000 xk8 for two weeks. It has 76 k on it and has a few of the normal issues. It also brings a smile to my face every time I get in it.
I am in the aftermarket parts business and deal with a multitude of repair shops, 98% of them hate these cars. I didn't dissuade me from the decision to own and drive a piece of automotive art.
All cars are basically junk waiting for their time to be recycled when no one loves them enough to keep them alive. These cars will endure just for their beauty and joy of driving a $70K car for a fraction of the cost.

I think parts dealers hate these cars because they have to Think when fetching parts for us. They can't just plunk in a couple numbers and come up with a bin number.

SSSSHHHHHH!! Don't tell anyone this secret! If word gets out what Neat cars Jaguars are, we won't get such great deals!!

Welcome.

As Elinor said + heaps.

You will go far with Jaguar, just keep the sense of humour, and drink as needed (purely for medicinal purposes of course), and all will be sweet.

I am yet to stray from Jagaur, and age is catching up quick time.
