Default Hello all things Jaguar

I got my first taste of British engineering when I was a young lad. A 1968 Norton Atlas, which I still have, along with a subsequent 1964. I wonder if early Jaguars used Whitworth? My joy of wrenching has been occupied by 2 mid 60's full size Chevrolet's. Now on to the challenge of a 2005 XK8, roadster. I thought the Chevy's will keep me occupied in my retirement---what retirement. A full time mechanic is in store for my future.

This forum is a tremendous resource that will keep me on the right track as I attempt to keep me going down the road. Thank you for letting me into the club and look forward to the wealth of information that you provide.

Good motoring from Chicago.

Pete

Hello, Pete,
Congratulations on your new Jaguar!
I'm told, by someone who should know, that Retirement is greatly overrated. At any rate, with your new Jaguar you won't have time to retire.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
