Hello from Auckland NZ
Hi, I’m a new member with my 2005X Type that I bought in January. It’s a Japanese import to NZ and was very cheap. It’s been thru quite a lot of warranty repairs from prop shaft issues, whining noises, stubborn sway bar suspension noise and those annoying things like faulty speakers. I’m hanging in there tho as it’s now out of warranty and I’ve just been to the South Island to pick up a caravan and it drove brilliantly. The AWD is fabulous and the 3L motor is very powerful and responsive. It pulled the caravan very well too. Of course every day is a new challenge!. The engine malfunction light came on this morning (a poor air mixture my local garage tells me apparently) the new Sway bar bushes are still very noisy (swapping them out for genuine ones today) and the prop shaft bearing whining at 37km when cold (will try the grease needle trick). So the jury is out still on wether I keep it or not.
Anyway, I’m pleased to be joint the forum.
cheers Bryan

Hello, Bryan,
I'm sorry your Jaguar is giving you all this trouble. As they say, The squeaking wheel gets the grease, but sometimes it gets replaced.
