Others, perhaps from "the land of the long white cloud" will join in to give you some valuable pointers but suffice for me to offer some initial pointers . . .

• on the main menu bar, click on [User CP] then down to [Edit Signature] to add permanent details of model/year/engine variant to ensure any advice offered is accurate to your Jaguar;
• similarly, use [Edit Avatar] to add a pic or logo beside your user ID;
• jump over to the NZ regional section and post a 'hello" to your fellow members and keep up with local suppliers and services;
• finally, jump over to the model specific section for lots of worthwhile reading and resources to help you maintain your beastie.

What a great opportunity for a young bloke to get in early with a really excellent choice of Jaguar from which to learn. You sound well suited to the task . . . and the pleasure!
