Hello everyone,
I'm Sean, I live in East London and I have had my X-Type for about 7 years. When I first got the car it was given the name "Jaggy" by one of my children, it's stuck ever since. I'm a fully qualified mechanic but I have not worked in the trade for about 17 years. I do enjoy doing all my own servicing and maintenance but until recently I had a very reliable vehicle, sadly now it's got to that age - it's a 2002 model - where it needs lots of attention through general wear and tear, so I guess at some point I may need to pick some brains.

Follow Norri's link in post #5 to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
