'03 - '04 XK8/R... good choice! (I'm partial of course)

Stick around here long enough, there's people who join up JUST to sell their jag. You may find a good deal. Also, lots of good sources for finding wholesale vehicles... just in case you get the itch to own one as well as just work on 'em.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
By the sound of it and the fact your pops has a 3.2 XJ I would have to say your in the UK. If you used to be a tech, I would be interested to compare stories. Differences between the US and the UK

Hi langerdan and welcome to the forum mate. Where in Ireland are you, north or south?
I used to go over to visit the north about every 3 months, love the place.
You said you were a Tech, thats great news as we can always do with more tech help here. FJT has been an absolutely brilliant source of info and technical help since he joined and rightly earned his Tech badge.
Hopefully you'll be around for a while to help out too.

Cheers

Jim
