Hello guys
sorry for the late introduction. I am 27 years old and my husband owns a Jaguar XK R MY2008.
I work at ZF transmission development.
Sadly our kitty has engine malfunction. :-(
Therefore I want to inform myself about Jaguar engines in general and also search for a replacement engine. I only repair Audis and I do not know the construction differences between JLR and VAG yet.
If you have question just ask me. :-)

Good to have you with us. It is cruel fate that you have an engine issue rather than a transmission issue!
I know you've already found your way to the XK/XKR forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
