I've owned my XK8 since 2004, it's a 97 MY in original condition with 86K miles.
Over the years I have replaced (myself) the following to keep it on the road:

Front Wheel Bearings
Front Brake Discs & Pads
Driver Side Front Caliper rebuilt
Engine Primary & Secondary chains / tensioners
Water Pump
A/C Condenser
Serpentine Belt
Power Steering Pump
Plugs
Reconditioned Gearbox
Arial

A few other bits I forgot to mention:

Silvered key fob buttons - now one touch opens / locks
Welded patch in passanger floor - was shocked by the rot!
New Thermostate
