Default Hello, new member from the midwest

Hello everyone! I have a 2009 Jaguar XF Premium Luxury that has 21k miles on it approximately. It's been having a few weird issues recently, so I decided to come here for some advice. I'll post a picture or two when I get a chance, the car is pretty dirty right now due the recent snow that we received.

Hi alexrts:
Well, allow me to be the first to welcome you to the forum, from one Midwesterner to another. Congrats on the car - sounds very nice! Be sure to check in with our section of the forum to find others in the area. And I know the XF guys will help you work out your bugs. Again, welcome!
Scott

Welcome to the forum alexrts,

Good to see you found your way here.

Follow Scott's link to the Regional section to find other members in the US Mid West.

I know you've already found the XF tech section and I hope members there can come up with an explanation and a fix for the mysterious clunking.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham

welcome alex! Hmmm, I'm thinking Midwest is meant for more southerly location? I was raised in Indiana & Illinois, and I claimed the Midwest as well as my origin. Why the subterfuge and not even putting your State in your profile. I know its the internet, and safety is paramount, but is there another reason you can declassify to satisfy my curiosity?

Oh, and I'll be looking for those pics later....we all like to eye everyone else's vehicles. The 09 XF was plan B for my last jag purchase 6 mos ago, but landed the xj instead. I really liked my test drives in the XF, however. Enjoy your stay!

Hope you get the answers you need. It's a bummer when something goes wrong right after the warranty expires!

Thanks for the replies everyone! I am located in South Dakota, I just figured no one would really care about what state I was from.

Nice to see so many active members on this forum. As for the issue I've been having, I'll dig around and search the threads when I've got a little more free time!

Hi again, alexrts;
Funny enough, at least for the purposes of the forum, being in South Dakota puts you in the "Central" region! Well, you are welcome in either place. We're not that picky. Anyhow, glad to have you aboard!
