Hi, as the title states, I am going to own my first Jaguar in around a week or so.

The car I'm taking ownership of is a green 1998 XJ8 Sport.

This is a momentous occasion for me as it has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a car from this marque. I am very, very excited.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

thank you for the welcome guys...I will post pics as soon as I have them.

I'm pretty sure that I will be asking plenty of questions in due course as I already know the car has some niggles that will need looking at.

To be honest, I just want to get behind the bloomin wheel now!!!

 

hmmm, it seems that patience is a virtue. I'm waiting for the present owner to transfer the reg to his new car. Counting the days

 

fingers crossed it won't be long........

 

Well, after what feels like an eternity, the car came home on Thursday. Big Grin!!!

 

I do have some questions though but perhaps best to post them in the appropriate section huh.
