Default Hello from Québec, Canada

Hello, I'm a young 33 yrs old guy from province of Québec, Canada. I'm a fan of Jaguar since a couple of years. I currently drive a Bmw M3 2008 and my first plan was to change the M3 for a XFR or XFR-S ... but now I dream about a blue XKR-S 2012. I tried the XKR-S in Vegas and I'm hooked since that moment. I'll buy it next spring if I find one at a reasonable price.

These days I have seriously hard times with my sleep, I'm obsessed about the XKR-S ... it's my dream machine, made for me!

See you in the XK forum

Bienvenue à bord Kiknhard,

I'm sure you'll forget your M the moment you'll buy an XKR-S. That's a crazy machine. Street legal stock car!!! You're looking for a coupé or convertible??? Mine is convertible an I wouldn't change it. It's so fun to be outside, specialy those days with odor all around... whitout missing any performance.

Salut Guy,

I'm looking for the coupé because I plan to put the car on the track a couple of days / year. Often convertibles aren't allowed to go on the track. I'm not particularly a fan of convertibles also ..

I drove the xkr-s 30 minutes in Las Vegas .. Yes it's a beast but luxurious and confortable .. the perfect match! Downshifting this machine at a circulation light is awesome Enjoy your beauty

[QUOTE=kicknhard;827719]Salut Guy,

Often convertibles aren't allowed to go on the track.

Effectivaly, I've try to go to Tremblant for a track session with AUDI team and they do not take the convertible anymore. The coach, Alan Bellavance tell me it's because they had an issue in the USA after an accident.... Too bad.

Yep. A friend of mine got refused because of that also. I went to my first track session this year at Mont Tremblant in july with my M3 .. it was my best day of the year! Very nice track! I plan to begin the next year at the track with my M3 and finish the summer with a session with a new XKR-S
