Just acquired a 1998 XJR for my daughter.
Long time car guy but new to the Jaguar world.
Have gotten lots of help already from the site.
Thanks to all those who have contributed and look forward to learning lots more.

It's good to know that you're a car guy and that you Love the car. It will probably reward your affection. That makes the hairballs a little easier to take - and there Will be hairballs if there haven't been already.

It sounds like you've already found your way to the X308 tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
