Default Hello from West Yorkshire, looking for advice

Hello everyone,

I have seen the fact that intro is a must and as such I am saying hello.

I presently have an old BMW 330i that I am looking to part ex against a 2011 Jag XF 3.0 D.

I would of done the deal today but it does not have Sat Nav, can it be retro fitted ?. I has the colour screen etc ?

Mick

Any convert from a BMW is more than welcome to this friendly Forum, Mick.
Follow Graham's good advice to get your answers.
I'd think it's just a question of getting hold of the DVD.

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure about the Sat Nav, but from Leeds, take the M62 West/East, the M1 South, or the A1 North.

Should at least get you out of there.

Hope it works out.

I'm very surprised it doesn't have satnav, but as a current model (3 litre diesel), I would think fitting it is fairly easy as you already have the screen, but you might find the price a bit daunting.

Do note, though, that the Jaguar standard satnav fittment has been subject to much criticism in the UK clubs. Why not save the money and buy a road map. I never use guidance on mine, mainly because I like to know where I'm going before I set off.

Welcome and get yourself a Garmin sat nav unit. I am very sorry to say that the Jaguar Sat Nav unit is rubbish when you compare them to the Garmin units. I have sat nav on my STR but still use the Garmin.
