hey guys, i'm jamie from new Jersey. ive had an 2006 Jag s type 3.0 for a little over a year now that ive been very happy with. It rides great, gets great gas mileage and gets compliments all the time. I now have 34,000 miles on it and i'm in need of tires soon. We all know how expensive tires can get, so just for the heck of it i did a search on craiglist and found an ad for a set 19" wheels + tires off an 04 XJR and a set of 18" wheels and tires off an XJ8.. Does any1 know if either of these sets will work with my s type without modification or handling issues?

I see you've posted this question in the Wheels and Tyres section. If it doesn't get you an answer there, I can move it to the S-Type section. Post back to this thread if you want it moved.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
