Hey! Looking at getting a project Jag
Hey Everyone my name is Ed an I am currently looking at buying a 1976 XJ12 as a project car, I am sure I will be seen as a blasphemer but it is a rolling shell and I'm looking at putting my 370kw E85 powered Rb25DET into this shell. Has anyone done this before?

Welcome to the forum Ed,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. You'll learn a whole lot more about blasphemy if you start feeding an early V12. My XJ12 rarely achieved double figure mpg!
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...s-i-ii-iii-16/ to the XJ6 & XJ12 Series I, II & III forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/uk-eire-68/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the forums.

Hello, Ed,
We don't do Blasphemy in here. Although there are some rabid "Traditionalists," most of us feel it's Your car, and You have every right to do whatever You want to with it; although it might not be something we would do to ours. It's all about personal choice and individual taste.
Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
