Default Hi All!

About two weeks ago I was looking for something to replace my trusty old Volvo V70 with. I test drove some newer Volvos (the S60 and the S80) and really liked them, more or less deciding that I should get the S80. I then decided to take a look in their used cars showroom.

Among the Volvos was a Jaguar S-Type. I'd say that it stood out. It was by far the most gorgeous car there and I couldn't help but take it out for a spin. I've never tried driving a Jaguar before, even though my brother owns and loves his '89 XJ, but I knew I wanted one a minute or so into the test drive.

Well, here I am. I didn't get that particular S-Type (somebody bought it right under my nose) but I found another, a 2003 2.5 V6, at Joe's Garage in the South of Sweden. It's only been a few days so I'm still high and still learning. And interested enough to register here. I'm looking forward to learning a bit more about this fabulous car.

So, hi all!

My next door neighbour has a 2004 2.5 V6, and loves it, it has been totally reliable so far. I have now upstaged him with 2003 XJ6 3 litre (X350 model), so maybe he will be upgrading soon.

I seem to have a few electrical anomalies that needs to be sorted out (already have an appointment with a shop), but it's an absolute marvel to drive and a real eye-catcher. By far the most beautiful vehicle I have ever owned. There's no going back for me now.
