Hi Jag Community,
I'm a proud new owner of a 2004 Jaguar S Type. I have owned her for about 2 months now and I will say this is a dream and a true pleasure to drive.

Thanks for this great website, I have used the posting on this website several times in order to get the S running like I need it to; perfect. I can't thank this website enough. I live In Buffalo, though I will be moving to Pittsburgh shortly. I'm 23 and I'm glad this car, the 2004 model of the S, has become mine. She's my true love.

 

By the way, I bought the car with the black rag top on it already, I just put the pirelli tires with some Sparco rims and of course blacked out the reflectors.

 

Congrats on the new S Type! I bet she's a beaut!

I appreciate all the comments and I'm glad the attachment worked because I'm a little, well a lot, technologically challenged. I know it may sound stupid Norri, but would you please be kind enough to tell me how to add the car to my signature? I promise I'm improving my technology skills so I won't ask dumb questions again.

Go to User CP button on the left of the black menu bar at the top.

Under Your Control Panel go to Settings & Options

Select Edit Signature

You can just add vehicle details or include a pic the way I have in my Signature.

I mean yea, this website has literally saved my Jag. Before I officially joined, I was on it trying to figure out my severe maintenance issues with my S type which are now solved all thanks to the ideas and posts on this website.
Some of these include problem with Throttle Body, ABS system, parkbrake coming up randomly when driving, alongside engine cooling system issues and etc.

I love your S as well, gotta give credit to this S previous owner as he put the ragtop up. But he couldn't keep it because of the mechanical issues, I've got her running like a Jaguar should; thank God.
