Hi Guys!
Hi, I am joining this forum to become more knowledgeable about the late 90's- early 2000 XJ8's and XJR's. I have always liked that model and may purchase one as my next car. I currently have a 1999 Mitsubishi Montero and a 2006 Porsche Cayman s. This car would be my first Luxury sedan so I'm pretty excited.
Welcome to the forum Jay,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
Generally speaking, the later in a production run the better because the early faults have been resolved and, with a used Jaguar, a full history is almost an essential.
Follow this link XJ XJ8 / XJR ( X308 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X308 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
You can also visit the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/ to find other members in your region.
Enjoy the search for your Jaguar and enjoy the forums.
