Hi Jaguar xtype v6 2002 new on the forum

Hi folks.i just joined.I have owned an x type 2002 v6 2litre engine for about two years now.3 weeks ago i took it for a service and i got it back with all my horses for the cooling system swollen,about to burst.jaguar South Africa says it has nothing to do with them.what could be the problem?Still trying to figure out how to post some pictures!
