Default HI from MI

Hello, newbie here. (from Michigan)

To be honest, I was never a big fan of Jag except the XJ220, but when the XF came out, and now the XJ and XKR, I love them.

In fact, I'm seriously considering to purchase XF for my wife.

I usually don't by cars new - I pick up a year or two old, and let someone else enjoy the stronger new car smell and get the bigger depreciation hit.

Look forward to be educated on this forum.

Welcome to the forum! There's tons of info related to buying advice on the forums, so search around and if you can't find exactly what you need, then post up and ask.

Hope you take the plunge, the XF is a great car.

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.

You'll find some good buying advice in the tech sections, there's not too much X220 info though.

Welcome!

Jag has come a long way (IMO) from what I remember as a kid growing up. I really like their currents designs (can't wait for the cx-16) and now I think I am a Jag man for life.

Welcome to the forum. The XJ220 is a great car that doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Check out this little clip from Top Gear. The Jag, despite being heavier and with less power, destroys the much newer Zonda:

Thanks for warm welcome, guys.
I looked around the forum and I like it very much already.

K. Westra - Cool Vid. I knew 220 was fast but didn't konw it could smoke Zonda on a straight.. Amazing!!!
