Default Hi there newby,problems with fuel leak around the injectors

Hi there.
Im looking for any advice were to start or for any common issues
I noticed the car started piling out smoke from the engine area and into the cab upon inspection i noticed around the injector seat area is all damp/wet with fuel,looking for help with regards checking etc,is there known faults with pipes leaking etc

Sorry should have said my car is the xf 58 2.7 diesel

I assume that the "58" is year related????
