Howdy
As you can see from my signature, I have a few Jaguars in my zoo. I look forward to the forum because, with all those Jags, I clearly have a few issues to deal with.
The 64 E-Type was my first which I bought in 1998. Fabulous automobile and incredibly fun to drive. The Mark is also really special. Well, it was. Actually the drive train is sitting on the garage floor. The engine came out almost exactly 2 years ago (May 23, 2010) and we thought it was going back in last week after things have all been rebuilt. But ran into a problem with a broken timing gear bracket so now I have to get the crankshaft damper off to change it.
I don't really have a daily driver because I try to use them all. All run well except for the 81 and the 88 which are now just parts cars that I need to get rid of. Other than those two, I rotate between them to get them all on the road. And I usually have to drive any car that needs to be filled with gas. My wife doesn't do fill-ups.
And, yes, I do have a few cars that are not Jags. Mostly I have way to many cars.

I'm trying to get the Mark back on the road but it's fighting back. (It's actually a Mark IX, not a Mark 2). The IX is larger and was originally designed as there high end luxury model designed to compete with the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. But for a lot less money, of course. At the time it was fairly ahead of it's time with auto trans, power steering and the rear tray tables. It even has child safety locks - the same mechanism in today's cars. I was amazed when I first saw it because I thought they didn't appear until the late 80's or early 90's.
Here are a couple more photos. The Mark and the E.
