Intro
Hello all,
Introducing myself, hope I'm doing this right. Had friends back in the '70s with E-types, I had a AH 3000 and was jealous. Always been a car and bike guy. Bought my wife an X type five years ago, been a great, trouble free car. She's not an enthusiast but loves the car. Last week I sold my Porsche 911 Turbo, bought an '07 XKR. Indigo, blue soft top, biscuit interior.
The Porsche 996tt is all about the science of speed, The XKR is about the art of Grand Touring. Very nice car; beautiful, comfortable, and real world fast.
Hope this is "the beginning of a beautiful friendship."
