Well always had a jag . At 21 bought my first jag an e type 4.2 1966 2+2 for £500 reg gfl500d metallic burgundy . That was 47 years ago wow what a crumpet puller.
Years later i bought an xk 120 roadster 1952 reg rph 6
then a mk 2 3.8 1961 manual overdrive model bright red with magnolia interior chrome wire wheels
plus many more jags to meany to list
my last e type was 1969 series 2 roadster i found it in a tumbled down shed in birmingham it was rusted out so full rebuild .
I was in the jaguar enthusiast club and drivers club .
One day the club took us to the jaguar factory at browns lane coventry . To see the latest sports cars being built
yes it was the xk 8 and the supercharged xkr yes yes yes
i had to have one
