Default Jaguar 2004 Vanden plas overheating

Hi Guys
my 2004 is overheating. Fan will not turn on. Changed the fan no result. Was told it’s a fan relay located drivers side next to horn and fog lamp. Not there. Was told in trunk not there either. Does anyone know location? Of fan relay? Please help? Thank You
