I bought a 2003 S-Type with a 5 Speed. 60K on the clock. It is in near perfect condition. I am noticing a few rattles but the car is 7 years old. Sounds like the couple I got it from got it from Her Dad. Not sure why he got rid of it (Maybe Inheritance ?) but the Wife could not drive a Stick and the Husband could barely.

Thanks for the Welcomes. I have gone over the Rules and What Nots but still have a question or two.

First I am a Forum Member of a Boating Forum and they have some ties to the Manufacturer so we have to substitute the word Dollars for Deer. I know that sounds crazy but I thought I would ask so I do not anger anyone the first day.

And with this being a UK Car does anyone know what sort of Mix of USA and UK users are around?

Well thanks again and I am involved reading the Owners Manual so I will be able to reset the clock.

Welcome to the forum. Nope we don't have any crazy rules around here, just some very friendly members. (note to self, must write some

Any flaming or anger, we try to curb before it gets out of hand.

The forum is mostly USA but we have an ever increasing membership from the UK and Australia, with membership rising in mainland Europe.

Enjoy the forum and I hope you get your clock fixed soon (for info, it is now 20.03 in France).
