More of a reader than a poster but I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to every one who have put together guides, uploaded documentation and have taken a few moments out of your day to help others.

I'm not new to Jag ownership but its the first time I have had to seek solid advice of others. I recently purchased an 98 XJ8 Sport that needed a little TLC and have so far ordered a good second hand wiper motor (will not bloody park)

Replaced the thermostat hoses running under the inlet manifold (leaking coolant) using the very good guide off here) I found a great UK parts provider who have been great.
I have replaced the expansion tank lines as they had become brittle and for my last trick I have forced a reset on the TB and adjusted the throttle cable as I was only getting 60% throttle

I can see you've already found your way to the X308 section and it's good to hear you've found useful information there to help with the issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
