Hey all,

just picked up my '07 xkr. i have for many years been a 3 car guy but now with a wife, kids, house, etc, i decided to simplify my life. got rid of my bmw e46 convertible and my '71 corvette, now cruising in the jag. looking forward to some good times!

haha,,,, ME TOO! although my classic corvette was a real show-stopper, and the bmw 850 was a real monster, i don't miss them at all. i guess a nice, new(ish), luxurious, supercharged jaguar convertible has a way of smoothing things over. it is SO nice to have a car that can multi-task like the jag. as luxurious as my range rover, as smooth as my old mercedes, and as fast as sh*T!

For a second after reading wife and kids statement, I thought 'simplifying' would consist more of a 'reduction' (i.e., the wife) than just the BMW and vette.

Great choice in colors too...silver is just pure class.
