Hi everyone,does anyone have an idea on how to get a replacement key for a S type as i got up this morning looking for it and up till now i cant find it.Cant really say if my lil boys have been playing with it and now i can go anywhere and dont have a spear either.Thanks

 

Go to your nearest Jag dealer with the VIN number and proof of ownership and they will get one for you. Takes a week or two!

 

Unfortunately, that is the only recourse you have right now, sorry for the bad news. ]

On the bright side, if your lost one shows up, you WILL have a spare. If it doesn't appear after a couple months, I'd bite the bullet and have the dealer cut you another key, so this never has to happen again to you.

 

Welcome aboard, I'd order two while you are at it. As above take the log book, ID etc to a Jaguar dealer.

My car only came with one day so I'm always in fear of losing them or locking them in the car
