Default Llama from Utah

Hey everyone.

I've been stalking the F-Type forums for the better part of 2 years and am finally close to making a purchase. Back then, our annual new car show introduced me to the first model I've seen in a long time that really caught my eye - an Italian Racing Red F-Type R with the top down. I went home and researched the heck out of it and decided to wait a couple years for the depreciation to do its magic. If I was still interested by then it was definitely more than an impulse decision. It would also give me time to convince the wife we needed one and it was worth the premium.

Well, she's not entirely sold on the idea but has accepted it's happening at this point. I've been actively looking in the used market the last few months for an R and hope to be an owner here soon. It won't be a convertible due to the climate, but I've got my eyes on that beautiful IRR.

There's been a ton of good information on the forum to take in and I'm glad to finally be a part of it!

Hello,
Yeah, I've spent time in Utah, and it's definitely Not convertible country.

Thanks everyone! As awesome as the vert is, my garage isn't big enough for a car that can't be driven year round. They've still got a soft spot in my heart, though.

@MRomanik I'm in the Salt Lake Valley as well.
