Question Locate Part Number Door Actuator

I am new to the forum. First time I have joined a forum so please excuse any mistakes I may make.

I have a 2004 XKR convertible. I am in need of the left and right door actuators. I have found some on eBay but I don’t know if they will fit. How do I find the part number based on my VIN? Thank you in advance for any replies.

Welcome to the forums The Eagle,

Good to have you with us.

The dealer source for part numbers is JEPC (Jaguar Electronic Parts Catalogue):

You can find the same information through Jaguar Land Rover Classic online:
https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/

In addition, several aftermarket Jaguar parts suppliers have catalogues. Here's the link to download an XK8 parts catalogue from our forum Sponsor S N G Barratt:
https://www.sngbarratt.com/English/#...?saveBranch=US

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk8-xkr-x100-17/ to the XK8/XKR forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Southwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-southwest-37/ to find other members in your region.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Hello,
I have bought a few Jag parts from eBay, and they seem to have a very good flow chart to enter your vehicle details, and then tell you if that part will fit or not. I've had good success there. I wish you the same.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
