I've been lurking in the background now for over a year just trying to educate myself on a car I've admired (XJS) for 25+ years. I may finally have found the right one, we'll know after the weekend.
Thanks to everybody for all the insights and advice that's been posted. Kirby's "Experience" and Doug's "Buyers Guide" have been both an eye-opener and a big help.
If things work out the way I hope they do, I'll be back with more info on my new ride.
