Looking for my first cat
Hi All,
After 40 years of safe cycling a car cut me off two years ago and slammed me and my triumph to the pavement! I survived with a titanium left wrist, definitely took the hint, and am now looking to indulge my British heritage in a bit more secure manner. I've been specifically looking into picking up a Sunday driver. I'm mechanically inclined (despite the additional hardware), have worked on BMW and Volvo's, and love to tinker so I'm looking for an XKR to have some fum with. I want to spend about 20k on a good car and have my eyes on this

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

The US model year 2006 will be in the "Modern" section under XK8/XKR. Seriously check out the 2007 model. The body changed, and maybe the engine, too? The 2007-9 XKR is a rocket ship, but may be more pricy.
