Default love my Jag

I have owned my 05 s-type with a 4.2 engine for over 3 years and I love it. The way it handles, the power and the comfort it offers can't be match with any other car that I have owned. I have started to have some little problems with it although. I had a coolant leak caused by a cracked reservior tank, I thought that was something simple, just replace the reservior. Well, I did that and not its leaking from behind the intake manifold. Should I take it to a dealer for repair or is this something I can repair myself. I am mechanically incline and know a litte bit about wrench turning. Anybody have any advise?

Welcome to the forum,

I see you have asked your question in the S Type forum, I'm sure you will get the help you need to get the leak fixed.

welcome aboard one of the friendliest sites around, good to have you with us

Sorry I can't help, but a quick post into the right section will probably get you answers

Please check out the relevant section for your car, maybe the regional section too to see who's who in your area?
The Off topic section is a MUST to catch up with off the wall stuff, jokes etc......maybe post a pic into the Mug shot thread too?

I've manually upgraded you too full forum access so you can better view the site

welcome praise, I agree with the above recommendations, head over to the s-type area and ask about that coolant leak. We've all had the leaking resevoir first...then it pops up somewhere else, never fails.
