Default MAC the S-Type - my Middle Age Crisis

Hello all from an absolute Jaguar Newbie.

I've just bought 2005 4.2 S-type Sport, 185000k's but very clean with aluminium dash, active suspension, adaptive cruise control etc. Most of it works quite well and it doesn't burn oil or use water etc.

But ....

On two hot days (35 degrees C) it has thrown a P0191 code - cough, splutter etc. Fine again once all cools down.
No Heater either side but aircon works fine
Slight vibration through throttle peddle at 1250 rpm, regardless of which gear it is in (including neutral)
and a slight harmonic vibration at around 95km/h (again doesn't seem to matter which gear it is in)

I have long experience with used cars, but none with Jaguar. Any words of wisdom to the 'Jaguar Toddler' appreciated.
