Default Mr Ivor Bleaney

Hello
My name is Ivor Bleaney I deal in classic and vintage cars. But my own car is a jaguar I love them and had dozens.

So I was wondering if there are any wizz kid here thats got a better brain than my local Jaguar main agents they have never heard of my problem!

I have a 2005 XJR I always use my sat nav with no problem.

All of a sudden the other day I set it for an area I often go to but the screen comes up as

"Voice guidance not available in this area"

I have the volume set to on and I am set in the UK area. I have also tried it in all other areas its the same.

I have disconnected the battery and tried another disc. Still the same. Any suggestions please. Thanks.
