Hi fellow xk nuts any ideas my remote locks-unlocks intermittently sometimes close up sometimes from distance sometimes never boot opens every time
Changed battery's now baffled any help please

Sometimes the original remotes get flakey because the conductive coating on the contact side of the rubber buttons and/or the copper trace on its pc board oxidize and don't make contact well. The conductive surfaces can be cleaned up with a pink pencil eraser and then a Q-Tip and iso alcohol.
