Default My 2013 XKR

For about 7 years, after selling my 2001 Vette, I'd been planning on getting another sport car. The Vette and my 2006 Ford GT don't have a back seat and I have 3 small children. So finally after looking around over the past several years, this January I went Desert Motors in Palm Desert and had the unique opportunity to see late models Maserati GranTurismo, Aston Martin DB9 and an XKR all parked right next to each other. To me the XKR looked every bit as good as the DB9 and to my surprise, the XKR made the Granturismo look like an old man's car, and that was amazing to me because i have always really liked the way that car looked. If you ever get to see them in person next to each other, you will see how much sleeker and smooth the XKR looks in comparison to the Maserati GTurismo.

Anyway, after a couple of deals that didn't work out, I found this car on Autotrader and have been really satisfied with my 'new' XKR....

p.s. I've heard so much about the useless back seats, so just for the record, the small back seats do fit human beings in them...... as long as they are under 10 yrs. old!
