Default My First Jag

Hey everyone Im new to the road i got my liscence in August and i am lucky enough to have recieved my fathers 1989 Jaguar Xj6 vanden Plas as my first car. It does have some rust issues that need to be attended to and It does have a ideling problem and all but the rear passenger door are unable to be open from the outside. Welcome and congratulations on your new Jaguar. You should also introduce yourself and post your questions on the XJ40 forum, which is specifically for the XJ6 from '88 to '94.

I don't own an XJ40 but I'm aware the door handle/lock issues are fairly common, and you can get some guidance from other forum members.
