Default My first Jag

Hi everyone,
I just bought a 2001 s-type 6cyl and its gorgeous but unfortunately I've already had to make some major expenses on it. I had to get a whole front end with both control arms, tie rods, etc., I just replaced all 4 o2 sensors and the maf sensor because I was getting the fail safe engine mode and codes. I'm not giving up though and plan to enjoy all the hard work put into it (not done though, since fail safe mode is still coming up).

Welcome ladyjag, hopefully after these major repairs your talking about you jag will treat you well for years to come. Head over to the s-type section. They might be able to give you some ideas on how to get that fail safe switch working correctly.

Welcome to the forum,

Good to have you with us.
Yes, head on over to the S section, if it is in fail safe there should be codes, do you know what they are?
Where are you in AZ?

If you haven't already done so you should add your car details to your signature to help others to help you.

Thank you for the welcome and the suggestion, I will do that since we have eliminating the problems one by one and still getting the codes for the 02 sensor and now for the tps sensor. Thank you.
