My First Jag, my first lesson
Just bought a 1989 XJSConvertible, beautiful car with 22k original miles, Westminster Blue, Rust free, unfortunately even though the car was State inspected 2 months ago it failed on 4 items as I had it inspected. Ah well, it is beautiful and we will make it right.Its my new child.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

One has to wonder, Stevie, how the car passed 2 months ago and didn't pass now. My car almost had that problem but DMV insisted it be reinspected by the seller just before title transfer. He had to spend several thousand $$ to make it LEGALLY pass.
